Solacia

Solacia is a series of resting chairs, particularly suitable for the Care sector. The chairs have been developed via user-driven innovation in a close cooperation between Gentofte Hospital, users, Magnus Olesen and the designer Lone Storgaard from Design Concern. Solacia has a clear and stringent design, with comfortable, slightly rounded shapes both in the upholstery and in the wooden armrests, adapted to users, who will sit in the chairs for longer periods of time to rest. A matching foot stool with tilting mechanism is available.
